# Setting up your account

> How to activate your account and set up your login credentials.

This guide will walk you through the process of activating your account and setting up your secure login credentials.

  <Step title="Receive Your Activation Email">
    To begin, check your inbox for an activation email sent by JobTech.

    Open the email titled "Activate your account" and click the **Activate your account** button. This will redirect you to the secure password creation page.

    Enter your password in the **New Password** field. Once the password is setup, you can now access the platform.
