TalentTrack+ is an integrated workforce platform designed to help organisations build long-term workforce resilience through skills-based talent management. It supports the full talent lifecycle by enabling companies to:

* **Retain** talent by supporting meaningful career growth

## Part of Singapore’s Career Health Initiative

TalentTrack+ is part of Singapore’s national **Career Health** initiative, championed by **SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)**.

The initiative was introduced to ensure that enterprises and workers remain competitive in a rapidly changing economy shaped by technological disruption and evolving job demands. TalentTrack and TalentTrack+ were launched to equip organisations with structured, data-driven tools to strengthen workforce readiness.

## Designed for SMEs and Growing Enterprises

Small and medium-sized enterprises are the backbone of Singapore’s economy. However, they often face challenges in:

TalentTrack+ is powered by **JobTech**, the official technology partner appointed by SkillsFuture Singapore and Talented, JobTech's flagship product for developing and managing talent.

* Employer and employee tools for skills profiling and workforce planning
* Industry and sector-level dashboards
* Skills-based matching and recommendations

The platform is integrated with **Singpass** and the **Career & Skills Passport**, enabling secure retrieval of certified skills data. This ensures high levels of data accuracy and trust.
