Edit a job post

Update the details of an existing job post.

Open the menu

Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the job card and select Edit.

Make changes

Update any fields — job description, skill requirements, salary range, or other details.

Save

Submit your changes.

Duplicate a job post

Create a new job post pre-filled with details from an existing one.

Select Duplicate

Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the job card and select Duplicate.

Review pre-filled data

A new job form opens with all fields populated from the original post.

Modify and post

Adjust any details as needed (e.g. title, vacancies, dates) and submit the new post.
Duplicating is the fastest way to create similar roles across different locations or teams.

Extend a nearly expired job

When a job post is nearing its expiry date, We will send a reminder email on a monthly basis. To Extend a job post, you have to go to Edit job post > Additional details section > Edit the Job posting period.

Close a job post

When a role has been filled or is no longer needed, close the post to remove it from active listings.

Select Close

Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the job card and select Close.

Confirm

Confirm the closure. The post will be moved from Active to Inactive in your dashboard.
Closed job posts and their applicant data are retained in the Inactive section for future reference.
