TalentTrack and TalentTrack+ were launched to equip organisations with structured, data-driven tools to strengthen workforce readiness.

  • Employer and employee tools for skills profiling and workforce planning
  • Industry and sector-level dashboards
  • Skills-based matching and recommendations
The platform is integrated with Singpass and the Career & Skills Passport, enabling secure retrieval of certified skills data. This ensures high levels of data accuracy and trust.
