The Career Insights module helps you visualise your career trajectory, identify skill gaps, and explore roles that match your capabilities. It is divided into three views.
Insights for you
This view provides a personalised snapshot of your current career standing based on your role and skills profile.
You can see:
- Career pathway — A visual flowchart showing your current role, potential next steps, and how they connect.
- Match scores — Each role displays a match indicator (e.g. “Strong”, “Medium”) based on how closely your skills align.
- Core skills and gaps — We identifiy the skills required for your current role are listed, with gaps highlighted so you know where to focus and create your learning plan.
Quick actions on skills
Click the three-dot menu on any skill pill to:
- Remove the skill from your profile
- Mark it as “I want to develop this skill”
- View associated learning courses
- Update your proficiency level
Toggle between your current role and aspired roles to see how your recommendations change.
My aspirations
Track the roles you are working towards and understand what it takes to get there.
- View up to 3 aspired roles selected during onboarding
- Compare required skills against your current skill set
- See your match score for each aspired role
- Explore similar career tracks — alternative pathways based on your background and interests
You can remove/update your career aspirations at any time from the “My aspirations” tab by clicking on the (⋮) icon on the top right corner of the aspired role card.
Explore other roles
Browse the full list of roles available within the organisation.
- Search by job title or keyword
- Filter by Entity, Division, Department, Job Role, Job Profile, and Job Rank Name
- Discover roles you may not have considered
- View the complete pathway, role descriptions, required skills, and match scores
Use the “Explore Other Roles” tab to plan lateral moves or explore adjacent career tracks outside your current department.
