When you open the Learn module, you will see curated course recommendations organised into categories:

Courses mapped to the skills required for the role you currently hold. These help you strengthen your core competencies and close skill gaps.
Courses aligned to the skills needed for the roles you selected as career aspirations. These help you prepare for your next career move.
Courses linked to skills you have flagged for development from your Career Insights or profile settings.
Use the Internal / External toggle to filter between company-hosted courses and third-party provider content.
